How do I delete my account?

In the app, tap your profile (top right), then Profile & account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and personal data. If you can’t get into the app, email info@pivot57.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.

I can’t sign in

Use Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen for email accounts. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use the same button again. Still stuck? Email us with the address or phone number you signed up with.

How do I change my name or username?

Open Friends and tap Edit next to your name.

Safety

How do I block or report someone?

In Friends, tap the ⋯ button next to the person and choose Block or Report. Blocked people can’t find you or send you requests, and they aren’t told. We review every report within 24 hours.

Reporting an Ask GHapp reply

Press and hold the reply, then choose why you’re reporting it. You can also email us a screenshot.

Listings

A listing is wrong, offensive or should be removed

Open the event or place and tap Report this listing at the bottom of the page, or email us with the name and what needs changing. If it’s your event or venue, tell us and we’ll fix it quickly.

How do I get my event on GHapp?

On the Events tab, tap + and upload your flyer. We check every submission before it goes live.
